DCA's Pre-Mediation Divorce Coach Training Intensive is the perfect combination of classroom learning and skills lab so graduates have both the knowledge and the confidence they need.

The Pre-Mediation Divorce Coach Training Intensive at Divorce Coaches Academy is the first of its kind, specifically designed for the professional practicing Certified Divorce Coach. If you are interested in expanding your client reach and offering a highly skilled program within your practice, this intensive training is for you. 

Students who successfully complete the training will receive a certificate of completion and the right to use the PMDC designation.


PRE-REQUISITE:  This is a specialty training and requires that you be a practicing, certified divorce coach or ADR professional prior to enrolling.

Mediator, ADRDC, DCA Co-Founder and Master Educator Tracy Callahan

Practicing as a Certified ADR Divorce Coach and Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, Tracy has built her practice and reputation as an alternative dispute resolution specialist and conflict expert over the past 13 years. She received her BS and MA from New York University in healthcare and worked as a healthcare administrator, operations specialist, and adjunct professor at NYU, for many years prior to joining the field of mediation and divorce coaching. Tracy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the profession of Divorce Coaching as the Manager of the Mentor and Peer Coaching Programs for the CDC Certified Divorce Coach® certifying body, speaker, presenter and contributing author to the best selling book, Divorce: Taking the High Road: Simple Strategies for Creating a Healthy Divorce.

DCA® Director of Learning and Development - Australia Anne-Marie Cade

Anne-Marie Cade is an award-winning Lawyer and Mediator, a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Certified ADR Divorce Coach and Parenting Co-ordinator as well as a Speaker, Trainer and Lecturer in law. She also has a Masters in Family Dispute Resolution and Negotiation. She is passionate about educating the next generation of dispute resolution professionals and regularly runs training and webinars for the College of Law Australia, the Resolution Institute of Australia and New Zealand, the Victorian Association of Dispute Resolution Professionals – (VADR), Local Government Professionals – Victoria, Women for Election Australia, Pacifica Congress and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC). She was recently named Australian Mediator of the Year 2023 at the Australasian Law Awards . She was also awarded a Churchill Fellowship recently and she travelled to 16 cities around the world in 2022 researching “Best Practice in Parenting Co-ordination” with a view to informing the implementation of the practice of Parenting Co-ordination in Australia.
