READY TO TAKE YOUR CONFLICT RESOLUTION SKILLS TO THE NEXT LEVEL?

This specialty training offers you the ability to expand your skills to coach clients through entrenched, emotionally escalated, or structurally complex conflict.

We'll build on RESOLVE to adapt to high-conflict personalities, reframe legacy narratives, and strengthen client outcomes while preserving neutrality and self-determination.

Participants will learn to:

🔸    Interrupt legacy conflict and high-conflict patterns

🔸    Identify and manage coaching triggers and projection

🔸    Support emotionally flooded or personality-disordered clients without stepping outside the coaching role

🔸    Use the RESOLVE method to navigate chronic impasse or relitigation patterns

🔸    Integrate trauma-informed, identity-safe, and values-aligned strategies

🔸    Help clients maintain composure and forward motion in chaotic conflict

As an ADRDC, you're already an alternative dispute resolution specialist. Now specialize in the dynamics of conflict and extend the RESOLVE framework into deeper, more specialized applications involving complex conflict, personality dynamics, strategic coaching, and advanced ethical practice — all firmly within the coaching zone.

BONUS: In addition to expanding your skills, this class also satisfies your annual 15 hours of continuing education requirement.
