DCA® PRE-MEDIATION DIVORCE COACH

With mediation vastly becoming the preferred method of divorce among couples, courts, states, and countries, often individuals entering into the mediation process, with or without legal representation, are unprepared and ill equipped for the process. This lack of preparation can lead to increased frustration, overwhelm, stress, and conflict resulting in an impasse in mediation and a step towards litigation.

DCA's Pre-Mediation Divorce Coach Training Intensive is the perfect combination of classroom learning and skills lab so graduates have both the knowledge and the confidence they need.

The Pre-Mediation Divorce Coach Training Intensive at Divorce Coaches Academy is the first of its kind, specifically designed for the professional practicing Certified Divorce Coach. If you are interested in expanding your client reach and offering a highly skilled program within your practice, this intensive training is for you.

Students who successfully complete the training will receive a certificate of completion and the right to use the PMDC designation.

PRE-REQUISITE: This is a specialty training and requires that you be a practicing, certified divorce coach or ADR professional prior to enrolling.

Classroom Instruction

Six 90-minute sessions of teaching, learning and practical application. Attend live and online via Zoom or watch class recordings on demand.

12:00 - 1:30pm ET
Feb 23, Mar 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30
Learning Lab

Practice your skills, demonstrate mastery of class material and gain confidence to work with clients. Must attend two learning lab sessions if not participating in the live class.

Practicing as a Certified ADR Divorce Coach and Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, Tracy has built her practice and reputation as an alternative dispute resolution specialist and conflict expert over the past 13 years. She received her BS and MA from New York University in healthcare and worked as a healthcare administrator, operations specialist, and adjunct professor at NYU, for many years prior to joining the field of mediation and divorce coaching. Tracy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the profession of Divorce Coaching as the Manager of the Mentor and Peer Coaching Programs for the CDC Certified Divorce Coach® certifying body, speaker, presenter and contributing author to the best selling book, Divorce: Taking the High Road: Simple Strategies for Creating a Healthy Divorce.
